CleaningQA is a trading name of Sequence SEO Ltd ( company number 14676725), registered at 66 Rhodfa Lewis, Old St Melons, Cardiff. Our contact email is hello@cleaningqa.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing or otherwise using CleaningQA, you agree to these terms. If you use CleaningQA on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Subscriptions, trial and billing

• New organisations begin a 30-day free trial with no payment card required and up to 3 active client sites.
• The trial does not convert automatically. No charge is made when it ends; to continue on a paid plan an organisation administrator must select a plan and complete checkout.
• Once a paid plan is started, subscription fees are charged monthly in advance in the currency selected at checkout.
• Prices shown exclude applicable taxes where the law requires us to display them that way; Paddle calculates and collects tax at checkout where required.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of your current paid period.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record for CleaningQA. Paddle handles payment collection, tax calculation and compliance, invoicing, refunds and chargebacks on our behalf. Your payment relationship is with Paddle, and Paddle’s terms also apply to the transaction.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use CleaningQA lawfully and to keep your account credentials secure. You may not use the service to harass others, upload illegal content, or attempt to access data belonging to another organisation.

6. Intellectual property

CleaningQA owns the software, designs and branding. You own your organisation’s data and grant us a limited licence to host and process it so we can provide the service.

7. Liability

CleaningQA is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. We may suspend or terminate access for serious breaches of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
