Refunds & cancellations

1. How to cancel

Organisation admins can cancel at any time from the Billing page inside CleaningQA, or by opening the Paddle-hosted customer portal from that page. You may also cancel by emailing us at hello@cleaningqa.com.

2. What happens when you cancel

Cancelling stops future charges and sets your subscription to expire at the end of the current paid period. You keep full access until that date. After expiry, operational work such as starting new inspections or creating new sites is blocked, but you can still view, export and share all historical records.

3. Trial period

New organisations receive a 30-day free trial with up to 3 active client sites. No payment card is required to start the trial. The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription and no charge is made when it ends. To continue on a paid plan, an authorised organisation administrator must select a plan and complete checkout.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Paddle on our behalf. If you believe you were charged in error or are dissatisfied with the service, contact us within 14 days of the charge at the email above. We will review the request and, where appropriate, instruct Paddle to issue a refund.

Refunds are generally issued for the current billing period only and are not prorated for partial months. Refunds are not available for previously used months or for subscriptions cancelled part-way through a paid period.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us first if you have a billing issue. Paddle manages disputes and chargebacks as the merchant of record. Repeated chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Changes to pricing

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal. If you do not accept a new price, you may cancel before the renewal date.

7. Who you are contracting with

CleaningQA is a trading name of Sequence SEO Ltd (company number 14676725), registered in England and Wales at 66 Rhodfa Lewis, Old St Melons, Cardiff. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Full details are on our company information page.
