How billing works

Free trial: Every new organisation starts on a 30-day free trial with up to 3 active client sites. No card is required to start, and we do not charge you automatically when the trial ends.
Site allowances: Plans are sized by active client sites: up to 3 during the trial, up to 5 on Starter and up to 25 on Growth. Archiving a site frees an allowance. Starter and Growth include the same features — Growth exists for larger portfolios.
Team access: Every paid plan and the trial include the same team model: organisation admins and supervisors, invited by email. Cleaners complete corrective actions through a secure link and do not need an account.
Monthly billing and renewal: Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in your chosen currency and renew automatically on the same day each month until you cancel.
Cancelling: You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep full access until then, and your historical inspections and reports remain available to view and print afterwards.
Taxes: Prices are shown excluding tax. VAT, GST or sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout where applicable, based on your billing location.
Who you pay: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all payments, billing enquiries, invoices and tax. CleaningQA is a trading name of Sequence SEO Ltd (company number 14676725), England and Wales.
